Sunday Spotlight | John @ IPvZero / by MBNE

Every Sunday, I will highlight some of the great blog series, videos, training materials and other useful content that the networking community has to offer.

For this Sunday Spotlight at mbne.net, I want to highlight some great content from John over at IPvZero.

John is working incessantly on new content relating to the automation of network equipment and devices, writing scripts using tools like Nornir, pyATS, Genie and more. If you're in any way interested in Cisco DevNet, John creates a ton of relevant content and his Youtube and Twitter pages really serve as an interesting window into what is possible with the modern automation tools, scripting skills and a different mindset.

John also publishes video blogs on core networking protocols like BGP and OSPF on his Youtube page, as well as publishing his scripts over at GitHub so that you can try them for yourself. Even better, he does it for free!

John is active on social media, and you can find him on Twitter for all his latest updates, which regularly include short intro videos/gifs of his latest automation labs. I highly recommend browsing through his recent activity as he is delivering top notch, relevant content in that area.
